Iron man 3 is
a superhero film, sequel of Iron Man and Iron Man 2. The film was released on overseas
centers on 26th April where it took fantastic opening. The film grossed 13.5 million dollars opening from 13
countries.
The film emerged as biggest all time opener in
Philippines and Taiwan, where it grossed 1.5 million dolar and 1.4 million
dollar. In Australia it emerged as third biggest opener after Avengers (2012)
and The Dark Night (2008). In Italy, it becomes biggest opener of the year with
2.1 million dollar.
The film has
also taken superb opening on Indian box office on first day. The film did
superb business in multiplex and metro cities and first day collection has come
around 6.5 crores or 65 million INR. It will finish first week with healthy
figure.
Total overseas
weekend collection is expected to be more than 100 million dollar. The film set
to release on America on 3rd May.
