“Chashme Baddoor” had taken fantastic opening on Friday and opened
account with 5.50 crores. The film received positive reviews and accelerated further
by positive word of mouth. The film has surprised everyone with it stupendous business
and emerging as surprise gift like Kai Po Che.
Comedy King David dhawan has
done fantastic comeback, once again he able to tickle audience and his second
inning would be also fantastic as it was in 90’s and early 2000, we hope.
The film started with positive note on Saturday & took around
20% jump from Friday and collected around 6.50 crores. The film is doing very
good business across the country except East and South and proved wrong every
prediction.
Occupancy at Bihar, UP, CP & Gurgaon was around 35-40% in
earlier show as well as at Delhi, East Punjab, & Noida was around 50%. Performance improved later in evening and
night show and it managed good number. After two days business it has collected
around 12 crores. It has also started well on overseas center, report is yet to
come. Film will take big jump on Sunday and collection will come around 6-7.5
crores.
