“Chashme Baddoor” had taken
good start yesterday and opened account with 5.10 crores. The film received
positive reviews and grows up with positive word of mouth. The things are
happening just reverse of Himmatwala.
Himmatwala had received extreme negative response from social
network whereas Chashme Baddoor is getting very positive public response. The
film had done pretty good business in Bihar, UP, Punjab, Rajsthan, Delhi &
NCR as well as average at Maharashtra, Mumbai, CI and other places. It’s receiving
positive response of yougistan (youth) that is plus point for this film.
The film starts with very positive note across the country on
Saturday and occupancy in day show were around 45%. Evening show and Night show
may get affected by IPL matches. Overall, the film took 15-20% jump from Friday
and estimated Saturday collection is around 6-7 crores.
Occupancy at Bihar, UP, CP & Gurgaon was around 40% in earlier
show as well as at Delhi, East Punjab, & Noida was around 50%. At rest of place like Mumbai, CI and Maharashtra
was around 30% as well as at Banglore and Chenai was below average.
