Sun Rise Haidrabad defeated Pune Warrior in their first match. Hydrabad
bat first and set an ordinary target of 126/6 in 20 overs. This was a low
scoring match and everybody was expecting that Pune will easily win this match but match become interesting.
Hydradab balled very well and compelled Pune’s batstmen to struggle
for each runs. They lost wicket on regular intervals and their top batsman fail
to add good runs into total. Even Captain Yuvraj Singh got out at only 2 runs. Game
reached at very exciting turn in 4 over and finished in 19th over. Del Stain
finished warrior’s inning by taking 3 wickets on 5 balls.
Score Board:
Hydrabad: 126/6 (20) overs
Reddy (27), Parthiv (19), Parera (30) and Sangakar (15),
Dinda took 2 wickets and rest of the bowler took each one.
Pune: 104/10 (18.5) overs
