Ek Thi Daayan opened with decent figure on Friday. The film had
started with 35% occupancy in initial show and improved in further shows. Overall
occupancy on day first was 40% and film collected 6.25 crores as expected.
If we talk about reviews, it received mixed reviews of critics and word
of mouth less or more is positive. It did good business in multiplex &
urban areas but average in single screens that is surprising. We hope it will
improve on coming days.
As far as Saturday early trend is concerned it started with positive
notes and takes jump in morning and noon show. It shows improvement in Delhi,
NCR and other metro cities. Report from other big cities and mass centers are
yet to come. The trend gives positive indication of fair business on Saturday.
