Talaash got stupendous opening in initial shown on Friday. There
are about 80% opening in multiplex and an average in single. Overall, the film
has got 65% opening across the country. The
film is very strong in multiplex and metros.
Since the film got a large number of screen in multiplexes so there would
be less affected of single screens’ performance on overall collection.
The film has taken excellent opening in Delhi, NCR, Mumbai,
Gurganon, Pune, Bihar and other big cities but the opening at some region like Rajshatn,
UP, CI, CP, and Gujrat was less in initial show but it improved in later show.
The film is receiving good
public response of audience and mixed review of critics. Taran Adarsh has given
4.5 out of 5 and NDTV 3.5/5. The first day’s expected collection will come
around 12-14 crores.

It was ok for a one time watch. Became predictable at the end. Even my mom could predict the ending! Highly disappointed with this film. Expected a real thriller from Amir Khan.
