“Son of Sardar” has done
well on weekday. There was about 25% fall from Friday and it has accumulated 7
crores. The business is somewhat affected by “Mumbai close” but overall
business in entire country is very good. In the journey of 7 days it has collection
76.50 crores on home box office and future of film looks good.
The film has recovered production cost and as the trend has
developed it will recover promotional expenses and become profitable venture
for producer Ajay Devgyn. The film failed to earn positive reviews but it got
immense love of audience in some part of the country.
The film has accumulated 80 crores worldwidely and it contines
its performance on home box office but its performance on overseas center is
not good and it is far behind from “Jab Tak Hai Jaan”.
Now, it has nine days in hand to continue this performance;
on 30th November, super star Amir Khan’s film “Talaash” is releasing and it
will replace it at many places. So business of film will be affected and next
week super star Akshay Kumar’s film “Khiladi 786” will release on mass scale.
So it has not enough time after 29th November and the way would be more
difficult.
