“Son of Sardar” is doing well on whatever screens
available in 2nd week. The film did well on 2nd Sunday and accumulated 4.30 crores. In the voyage of 13 days, it
has accumulated 92.20 crores on home box office,
about 8 crores far away from magic figure of century of crores which is getable
in 2nd week.
The film has
accumulated 9.70 crores on 2nd weekend, this
amount is not bad if consider about new Hollywood release which snatched a good
number of screens. Now, 2nd week collection looks around 13-15 crores. From day of release, it was getting good
competition with Shahrukh Khan’s film “Jab Tak Hai Jaan” and now, some Hollywood
films "Life of Pi" and "Twilight Breaking Dawn 2" included in this list.
So life time
domestic collection would stay around 103-105 crores. The film is also doing
good business on overseas centers and accumulated 13.60 crores, therefore worldwide
life time collection would stay around 116-120 crores.
