“Jabb Tak
Hai Jaan” keeps on doing fantastic business across the globe. The film
accumulated around 140 crores worldwidely in just 8 days and it is set to cross
100 crores milestone on home box office in next two days.
Business of
the film was somewhat affected for last three days in Mumbai and neighborhood due
to sudden demise of Bala Sahab Thakre and tough competition with "Son of Sardar". Today all theaters of Mumbai and neighborhood
will open and there would be growth in domestic collection.
The film showed
some jump on 2nd Tuesday from Monday and accumulated about 7.25 crores. Now,
the total domestic collection reached around 93 crores, 7 crores away from 100
crores milestone. The film is also doing outstanding business on overseas center
and broke record in some country; like Pakistan, UAE, Australia, Singapore and
some other countries. Overseas collection in 8 days reached more than 46
crores.
It will
continue its performance till last of the month but it will lose a big number
of screens on 30th Nov when Amir Khan’s “Talaash” will release therefore it
will get more competition with new film and collection would be definitely
affected. Right now, first week collection on home box office looks around 110-113
crores and worldwide near 160-170 crores. Lifetime collection looks around
140-150 crores on home box office and more than 210-220 crores globally.
