“Jabb Tak Hai Jaan” is doing outstanding business on home box office. There was 50% jump at those places where it started well on day 1st and showed growth at other place where it was weak on day first. The film did earth shattering business on Wednesday and garnered around 19.50 crores.
The film will release on most of overseas center tomorrow and wherever it was released on Wednesday took stupendous opening. This is a known fact, Shahrukh Khan’s film does stupendous business on overseas centers and it will be not surprising if overseas collection cross the mark of 100 crores.
The film showed healthy growth at some centers like Bihiar, UP, CI, CP Berar and East Punjab but it is getting competition with “Son of Sarday” which is very strong in North India. Both films was released on Same days and both are doing stupendous business after competition.
The fact is that both films have their own audience group. As the trend develops; first weekend (6 days) collection looks around 60-70 crores. It will be interesting to see whether it cross the mark of 100 crores in first week.
