“STUDENT OF THE YEAR“ completed 2nd week and put a handsome amount, 13.50 crores in its bag. Film has done excellent business in last two weeks and collected 60.75 crores on home box office. Film will counted as one of the successful film of the year. Success of this film gives one message that Karan Johar can give a hit movie without Shahrukh Khan.

Film will lost most of screens in third week due to massive release of Hollywood film “Skyfall”, most popular spy series, James Bond and some Bollywood films like “Ata Pata Lapata” so business of “ SOTY” will be affected. So far,it has collected 71.25 crores worlwidely and now lifetime collection looks around 63 crores.
