“Jab Tak Hai Jaan” has done an ordinary business
on 2nd Monday. There was around 40-44% fall in collection from Friday and it
has accumulated 1.45 crores. Now, film is getting tough competition with new
released films, especially with Hollywood film “Life of Pi”.
The film
stood at third position on weekend collection. The Hollywood film “Life of Pi”
dominated this weekend and collected 13.66 crores whenever “Son of Sardar and “Jab
Tak Hai Jaan” collected 11.80 crores and 11.20 crores
Now, 2nd
week collection would come around 16-17 crores which bring the total around 116
crores. Next week Amir Khan’s “Talaash” will take a large numbers of screens
therefore collection will come in that ratio and most probable it would be last week on home box office.
The film has
accumulated 111.50 crores on home box office and 171.55 crores worldwidely in
14 days business. It has done stupendous business on overseas centers and collected
61 crores so far. Right now, life time collection looks around 123-125 crores
and worldwide around 190 crores.
