The collections of the film is just outstanding taking into consideration that it genre is not so popular with overseas audiences where it is doing surprisingly good business. It is doing fantastic business in India as well, if you remind yourself that it is an Adults movie with foul language and too much blood and gore which does not go down well with multiplex audiences also. I think that audience loved John Abraham in a very swashbuckling, smashing role. He was always a hurricane that was waiting to happen... which did not, till Shootout came along. And only John is to blame, as he was not doing the masses loving kind of roles like Shootout at Wadala. He was doing stupid pretentiously arty, intellegent films like No Smoking,, Aasheyien and I, Me aur Main. Now with Housefull 2, Force and Shootout at Wadala that has changed and he is a superstar.
