Aashiqui 2 still rocks on
the box office and may touch the mark of blockbuster if continues charm in fourth
week. The film appears as blow of fresh air on box office after 4 months and
gave relaxation to industry which was looking for first super hit film of the
year.
Now it enters third week with same
charm and collected around 2 crores on Friday which is handsome amount for a
non-starrer film in third week. It we talks about Saturday, it took decent jump
and collected around 2.50 crores (reports from all centers still to come,
figure can vary).
Now total domestic box office
collection is 58 crores. The way the film is performing, it can take big jump
on Sunday and surprise film experts again. On the basis of two day trend third weekend
collection looks around 7 crores and third week around 11-12, actual figure can
vary.
Film can cross the mark of 60 crores
on third week and may be first blockbuster film of the year.
