GO GOA GONE has completed
first weekend with an average figure as I told earlier its business will be
stay average due to its content and a new genre. Though there is a big name
Saif Ali Khan but he is not in lead role and other cast is not familiar face.
Kunal Khemu has done some film but did not get more success.
As far as performance is concerned, it
had opened with average figure 3.75 crores on Friday and took a small jump on
Saturday and grossed 4.25 crores. Performance of film is good in metros cites
and multiplex but average and below average in single screens and mass belt.
Film took healthy jump on Sunday, performance
in Delhi, Gurgawn, Banglore, Ahmadabad, Mumbai and Kolkata and other big city
was good but remain average at mass belt. The film took benefit of holiday and did
good business and collected around 5 crores (Figure can vary slightly because
reports are still coming). Now, in three day’s total weekend collection is
reached around 13 crores.
Film will finish first week around
19-20 crores but it depends on weekdays performance. Film will drop on weekday
but how much? Monday business will give indication.
