Every day “Rowdy Rathore” is making new history. In firth week one more achievement added to its list. It has completed half century in Mumbai and quarter century in Gujrat and beat "Dabangg" & "Bodyguard" which could not achieve achievement.
"Rowdy Rathore" has crossed 50 crores marks in Mumbai and 25 crores marks in Gujrat. Th is combined amount (75 cr) is half of its worldwide collection. To reach at this rare achievement this film has taken only five weeks. "Dabangg" and "Bodyguard" could not reach at this mark.
So far this film has collected 134.40 crores on domestic box office. The film pandits had predicted earlier that life time collection on domestic box office would be 133 crores but it has crossed that. Now most of them are saying that it will finish at 135 crores. In next two days it will reach at this mark.
On Friday new film “Bol Bachchan” is releasing and according to film experts it will end the run of Rowdy Rathore. But the information which I am getting is not conforming expert opinion. This film is doing extraordinary performance in Mumbai and Gujrat so there is very less chance that it will disappear from screens.
Just right now I have received information from Cinepolice, Patna. "Rowdy Rathore" is still running in four shows on one screen and almost all shows are houseful. There is not rush for other movies like "TeriMeri Kahaani" and "Gangs of Wasseypur" but there is rush for “Rowdy Rathore”. So the opinion, “Rowdy Rathore” will disappear from screen on Friday does not look correct.
