“Cocktail” is doing well in third week. The film has shown sudden fall on Friday but it improved on Saturday and done good business. In 16 days the film has collected 92.50 crores (9.25 million INR) worldwidely.
The film is getting tough competition with latest Bollywood release “Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum” and Hollywood film “Ice Age-4: Continental Drift”. All three are multiplex dominated films. But the film showed good jump on Saturday and collected 1.10 crores.
In the tour of two weeks, this film has faced tough competition with Bollywood film “Bol Bachchan” and Hollywood film “The Dark Knight Rises” although it has done fabulous business in two weeks and collected 71.45 crores on domestic box office. The film has already got super hit.
It is expected that there would be further jump Sunday and the film will collect in the range of 3-3.5 crores on its third weekend and 3rd week collection will come in the range of 5-6 crores. The lifetime collection will come in the range of 76-78 crore on domestic box office and around 97 crores worldwidely
