“Bol Bachchan has shown good growth on Sunday but not as much as it was expected. There was 65-70% occupancy in the theater and it has collected 13.75 crores on domestic box office.
It is doing amazing business in overseas box office and collected 9.30 crores. It has broken record of “Rowdy Ratthore”, “Agneepath”, “Bodyguard” and “Dabangg” at overseas center in four days collection. The total worldwide collection is 46.20 crores.
The film is getting positive response of audience. It is doing fantastic business in Delhi, NCR, UP, Mumbai, CI, CP, Gujarat, Bihar and Rajsthan. But it is doing average business in south, Punjab, and West Bangal.
Overall film has done above average business on first weekend and collected 36.90 crores. It could not touch the mark of 40 crores which was expected. Now its life time collection looks around 85 crores and it will be declared a hit film. Main test will start on weekday and it will be interesting to see how much amount it is added to its first week collection. Nest week another big movie “Cocktail” is going to release. So “Bol Bachchan” has one week to do full business.
