“Cocktail” is doing fantabulous business on the Indian box office. After doing superb performance on Sunday it has done fabulous business on Monday. Monday which is generally, a test for any film, this film has passed this crucial test and collected about 6 crores on domestic box office.
Now, in four days it has collected 45.85 crores worldwidely and cross the mark of 40 crores on the domestic box office. Its fist week collection would come in the range of 55-57 crores. This film is getting advantage of word of mouth and appreciated in big cities. This film has affected the business of "Bol Bachchan" in the multiplexes.
Film will rule in the multiplexes in this week. Next week a big Hollywood film, “Dark Night Rises” is going to release on big scale, than this film will get tough competition. Most probable it will shrink on some screens. The life time collection of this film will come about 80 crores.
