After big disappointment of Besharam,
all eyes are set on Akshay Kumar starrer film “Boss” which is releasing today
on the eve of Bakrid. Since, it is restricted holiday today so you cannot expect a dreaming figure on first day.
Film is expecting to release over 3000 or more screens, which is widest release of Akshay Kumar; his biggest hit “Rowdy Rathore” was released over 2300 screens last year and opened with 15.50 crores which was a new record for non-holiday. Boss is a holiday release and it has extended 5 days weekend so there is fair chance of good opening weekend.

Usually, Akshay films get average advance booking, even, it was 20-25% advance booking of "Rowdy
Rathore". Boss has taken 20% advance booking across the country. Since, it is mass area dominated film where people like to get ticket in current booking
so 20% advance booking is good. It is indication of good open in initial show and positive word of mouth can make it huge.
