“ Besharam” had done disappointing performance on weekend and
collected around 45 crores. The film was supposed to do excellent business on
weekend but in reality, things happened just reverse of that. Film only done
good business on opening day and afterward showed continuous drop till
Saturday, though it took some jump on Sunday but that was not enough.
Film is continuously getting negative word of mouth and it is so
strong that star power of Ranbir Kapoor proves faint. It is just doing reverse
of Ranbir Kapoor’s last film “Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani”, which become one of all
time blockbuster film.
If we talk about Monday,
film showed big fall and collected around 2.65 crores and bring total domestic collection
around 47.25 crores. This is not good sing, it will finish 1st week around 52
crores. the way film is performing in first week there is not much expectation
in second week, maximum it will collect around 10-12 crores in 2nd week and life
time around 65 crores, though it will recover production cost but will be said
a flop film.
