There is not much changing in Boss
trend on Monday, film showed 50% drop from Friday and collected around 3
crores. This drop is normal for working day but right now, it is not good sign
for Boss. Film is already under performing so it should improve on weekday.
But this expectation is dishonesty
with oneself. As you have seen, how film performed on weekend and it is beyond imagination
why film started to tremble after good opening on semi holiday. Film has got positive
reviews and very strong word of mouth in mass area, where Akshay’s and Salman’s
film rule.
Let us leave this discussion and just
count where film reached after 6 days business. Are you ready? Yes, film has
collected 42.65 crores domestically and 48.65 crores worldwidely at the end of
six days. As current trend is showing, it will collect 10-12 crores on weekday
and finish fist week around 50 crores plus on home box office.
Since, there is no major release next
week so Boss will hold good screens in second week and collect around 10-15
crores. But after that the way film is performing, way is very difficult and
film will finish lifetime with disappointing figure around 65 crores which is
just production cost.
