“Ek Tha Tiger” has done good business on 3rd Friday and collected about 1.35 crores. Now, it has shrunk on about 750 screens from 3300 screen due to massive release of “Joker” and some other films as well as some Hollywood films. The film has collected 221 crores plus worldwidely on 15th day.
Now, it has golden opportunity to do good business in third week because “Joker” has not got good opening in initial shows and it has not get good critics review. But this week there is flood of film on the box office, beside “Joker” five more bollywood films has released on Friday and it can stands huddle in the way of “ETT”.
On the whole main challenge for this film was “Joker” and as the trend has developed in initial shows it does not look that “Joker” will affect the business of “ETT”. But to break 3 Idiots record looks difficult. It depends on the performance of “Joker” on weekend and other films. It is expected that it will collect around 10-12 crores in 3rd week. Lifetime collection looks around 195 crores and 240 crores worldwide.
