“Ek Tha Tiger” has done stupendous business on home box office in two weeks and now, its business in 3rd week is not bad.
The film has done extraordinary performance in first week but to continue that performance in third week is not possible and now, the film has shrunk on fewer screens due to massive release of “Joker” on 2200 screens so the performance in third week is satisfactory. The film has done good business on fourth Wednesday and collected 0.65 crores.
Now, the 3rd week collection will come around 10 crores. The film has collected 186 crores on home box office and more than 236 crores worldwidely. Now, it is not possible to break the record of “3 Idiots”. On Friday, another big movie “Raaz-3” sequel of super hit movie “Raaz” (2002) is releasing so screen occupancy of “ETT” will be very less.
On the whole “ETT” become 2nd biggest film of all time. It will be remember for its great opening (32.25 cr) and fastest 100 crores achiever (5 days) film. The lifetime collection on home box office looks around 190-192 crores and worldwide collection around 142 crores.
