“Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum” has successfully completed 2nd week. The film has collected 44.75 crores worldwidely in 14 days. There was a huge drop in second week although the film has done collection of 8 crores. That is a decent collection of a small film.
The film got advantage of weak performance of “Jishm-2 in second week and now, in current week there is no competition with new release “Gangs of Wasseypur-2”. The film has got the status of super hit film. This is consecutive second success of Ekta Kapoor as a producer. Earlier this year her movie “The Dirty Picture” had done fantastic business and earned the status of super hit film.
Definitely, Ekta Kapoor is very happy with the performance of her films and people’s expectation with her upcoming films is increased. Her most awaiting film is “Once Upon A time Again”. There is great expectation with this film because Akshay Kumar is in lead role who has given two blockbuster of year 2012.
Ekta’s other upcoming films is “Lootera” and “Shoot at Wadal”. “Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum” has one week to business because on 15th August, on the occasion of Independence day, Yash Chopra’s film “Ek Tha Tiger” starrer Salman Khan is releasing. So, 3rd week is last week for this film and the lifetime collection will come around 45-47 crores on Home Box Office.
