“Cocktail” has completed its 22nd days run all over world and collected a handsome amount of Rs 95.50 crores nett. The film has done tremendous business in three weeks. The film has not only done good business on home box office (HBO) but it has also done well at overseas.
The film has collected more than 75 crores on Home box office (HBO) and 20.30 crores on International box office (IBO). This film has beaten “Bol Bachchan” in the contest of collection at overseas collection. This film has collected 20.30 crores in three weeks whenever “Bol Bachchan” had collected about same amount in four weeks.
This is first hit film of Saif Ali Khan in year 2012 and this film is emerged as one of the big solo hit of his career after “Love Aaj Kal”. Earlier “Agent Vinod” had come in this year but could not do well.
This film has got tough competition with “Bol Bachchan” , “The Dark Knight Rises”and “Kyaa Super Kool Hian Hum”. This is last week of this film. It has collected 3.75 crores in 3rd week and its lifetime collection would be 76 crores on Home Box Office (HBO) and Worldwide collection (WWC) would be 96.50 crores.
