“Ganags Of Wasseypur Part-II” has done an average business on Monday and collected around 1.25 crores. In seven days it has done good business if we think about its content.
The film is doing average business. This film has earned good reviews and good public response but it does not look taking advantage of this. The reason is obviously it content. The content is good but it is a crime story and drew attention of certain group of audience.
The film has not much time to do more business due to big release of Yash Raj Films “Ek Tha Tiger”, which has taken 3200 screens so that this film has only one day to do.
As the trend has developed it looks as the first week collection of Part-II would be better than Part-I one. The life time collection of this film would come around 18-21 crores. There is no competition with any film. Jishm-2 and Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum” is different genre films.
