“Once Upon ATime In Mumbai Doubara” has taken earth-shattering opening in limited screen on
15th August, (Independence Day). The film has been released over 1200 -1300
screens on national holyday but it will be available on 2400-2500 screens from
tomorrow. From 16th August, Chennai Express will be available on 1650-1750
screens.
The film
started superbly in the morning show with 80-90% occupancy and it reached
around 95-100% in further show. Film has taken almost 100% occupancy at Kanpur
Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon and other centers. Overall, it had houseful
across the country. People prefer to watch this movie wherever it released but
due to available on less screens they are somewhat disappointed. Film has got
very few single screens that is weak point.
As far as
critic’s review and word of mouth is concerned it is super reviews and superb
word of mouth. On the basis of early trend, the film will open around 10-11 crores. If it had released over
2500 screens today, first day collection would have been around 23-25 crores.
