“Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani” did very well on 5th weekend and garnered
decent amount; though screen space has been reduced owing to new releases on
every week but performance is fantastic. The film still rocks and saying the
success story of emerging super star Ranbir Kapoor who gave consecutive third
blockbuster film ……It seems that he will rule box office in future and begging is just
begins…………….
Now, let us talk about 5th weekend; the film did very good
business on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and collected around 0.60 crores, 0.80
crores and 1.60 crores. Total fifth week collection is around 3 crores. Now,
total domestic collection crosses mark of 188 crores, which tells the success
story of this film. This film has collected more than 300% of its production cost
and make it all time blockbuster film.
The film is already registered its name as third highest grosser
film of Indian cinema and hope of being 2nd highest grossed is not diminished.
Fill will run in the theaters for some more weeks and it may touch or cross Ek
Tha Tiger’s record.
