D Day finished week decently as its
content is. The film had started slowly on opening day but received great
reviews and super word of mouth; later film showed some jump but that was not
as word of mouth was.
I already told that main reason is
content and mood of public. At present time, public is in mood of watching
either romantic or comedy film. And this film is a crime thriller, that’s why
this film having great content, not able to convert positive response of public
into cash.
Overall, film finished first week
around 27 crores. We expect it should collect at lest 8-10 crores in 2nd week
if not get affected by multiple new releases.
It is early to say about life time but it looks around 35-37 crores.
