Raanjhanaa completed 2nd week on home
box office successfully. The film did very well on weekdays therefore it
collected around 18 crores in second week.
It has already crossed the mark of 50
crores yesterday, which is achievement for a non-starrer film. Dhanush is super
star in south and got immense popularity through his song, “Cola very Di” as a
singer but it is his first Hindi film and he is new here. Fortunately, he starts
his career with a hit film so future is bright.
As far as second Thursday performance of film is
concerned it collected around 1.60 crores similar to Wednesday and brought total domestic collection
53.55 crores after 2 weeks. Film will continues its journey in coming two more
weeks but it will loss reasonable number of screen space so collection will be come
in that ratio. Right now, life time collection looks around 60 crores plus.
