After taking slow start on
Friday, “Lootera” flourished on Saturday and Sunday. The film got advantage of
positive word of mouth and took huge jump on Saturday, manage decent figure 6
crores.
The film further took another big
jump on Sunday and collects handsome amount around 7.50-8.00 crores. Figure may vary
slightly because reports from remotes centers are yet to come. Now, total
domestic collection at the end of first weekend is 18.50 crores.
We can expect it will sustain
well on weekdays and first week would come around 28 crores. It is good news
for maker, director and actors; slow start had put them in dilemma now they can
take breath of relaxation.
