“Lootera” had done good
business in first week and grossed more than 25.50 crores but starting of second
week has disappointed makers and film lovers. The film showed big fall on
second weekend. Though screens space was diminished by new released film “BhagMilkha Bhag” but it is not sole reason for big fall.
The film collected consecutively 0.80 cr, 0.90 cr and 1.10 crores
on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Total 2nd week collection is 2.80 crores that
is point to ponder. As the trend has developed on second weekend film will
finish 2nd week around 4 crores.
As far as total domestic collection is concerned film collected
28.30 crores. Performance of film on home box office is average but more than
expectation at overseas centers. So far, it has collected around 6.75 crores
which brought total worldwide collection more than 35 crores. It will finish
life time around 30 crores and will be treated as average film.
