Lunch Box is doing better than PhataPoster Nikla Hero; both films were released on same date and Lunch Box being
released over very limited screen around 400 is doing better business. LB is
among fewer films which got appreciation of both film critics and audience.
If we talks about film’s business,
film had done very good business on weekend and sustains well on weekday.
Reason is obviously, positive word of mouth and so far in 5 day’s run, it
collected around 8 crores and should finish first week around 10 crores which
would be equal to production cost including all expenses.
The way film is performing on limited
screen, there is possibility that its screen size can increase in next week.
Right now, life time collection looks around 15 crores which will give it an
average film status.
