Shridevi will appear in sequel of "Mr India"

Super Star Sridevi who had done her come back with “English Vinglish” last year, is ready to do more films now. Success of “English Vinglish” has inspired her to do more films. Now she is going to work in sequel of super hit film “Mr. India.”

“Mr. India” was made in 1987 by Bonny Kapoor. Anil Kapoor and Sridevi was in lead role but that time Sridevi was unmarried and now she is sister-in-law (Bhabhi)  of Anil Kapoor so there was suspense over it. Shridevi is wife of Anil Kapoor’s elder brother producer and director Bonny Kapoor.

Now, Shridevi herself removed all doubt and confirmed that she will do sequel of “Mr. India. That means once again, pair of Anil Kapoor and Sridevi will appear on silver screen but the question arises who will play role of Mogabo. In first installment, Amrish Puri had animated this character but now he is not live.  The film is under process of scripting and rest of cast will be finalized later.
