Few minutes ago this question was swimming over lip of every film
lovers, media and Bollywood. Will Sanjay Dutt go jail? Yes, now, Sanjay Dutt will
have to go jail now. He has to surrender within 4 weeks. The Supere Court gave her
verdict few minutes ago.
Supreme Court reduced one year punishment from Special TADA Court’s
decision. He has already spent 18 months
in jail and now he has to go jail to complete rest of punishment. When the hearing
of case was going on, Sanjay Dutt’s sister and congress MP Priya Dutt was
present there. As the decision came she and
Sanjay Dutt himself burst into tears.
As you know, TADA court had given verdict of 6 years punishment
for keeping illegal a 9mm pistol and an AK-56 rifle but he was acquitted of
more serious charges of criminal conspiracy under the anti-terror TADA.
Sanjay Dutt has already spent 13 months in jail, if Supreme court continues
TADA court’s decision, then he has to go jail for rest of punishment.
Common people knows Sanjay Dutt through his film, but in real he has friends who have links with terror activities so what is his character ? how many of us have friends who gifts AK47 for self protection ? how many of us has links who can buy AK47 kind of guns and visit our home ? Simple logic and reasoning can be derived with his so called social behaviors and contacts if he is guilty or not.. such a high profile case could have been snubbed by Law if there is really no substance with his case for a crime. We have so many people giving judgments over supreme court judgments.. this is mockery of democracy that anybody has any right to say even above law.. If Sanjay Dutt is real men and true Indian, he should respect the law and the judiciary system of the land and go to jail and win heart of fello Indian. he should confess to world what is he in real. Who all people he socialize with and what all those people are doing against India..
