Absence of Shahrukh Khan from victory road show has disappointed Kolkata. People were expecting him with his team in road show but Shahrukh was not present there. They were waiting for him in hot sun for hours, when they did not find him in the road show, they disappointed. Resultanly some cursed him and others called him “cruel”. They said so because they were hurt.
When this road show reached at secretariat Shahrukh Khan joined show with CM Mamta Banarjee and reached Iden garden. Bangal Cricket Board honored all players with gold medal and CM Mamta Banarjee honored Shahrukh Khan by gold medal.
National song was sung on this occasion. All players moved around the field. Shahrukh Khan danced with Juhi Chavla in the ground and expressed his joy. People were also very excited and expressing their emotion. They were admiring Gautam Gambhir and entire team for this achievement.
First time in the history of Indian Premier League such kind of road show took place. It is beginning of new trend. Before it three teams Rajsthan Royal, Deccan Chargers and Chennai Super king won this title but such type of celebration was not happened anywhere. Now other winner will also follow this trend.
