Ultimately most awaited moment came. People were impatiently waiting for this moment. The time was 11 a.m., Day - Sunday, May 6th, 2012. Yes, this is time of Satyameve Jayate, Aamir Khan’s first television show, the most awaited show; the show for that Amir Khan has extended the date of his upcoming film “Talash”.
As it was expected the show would be different and will have some values. It is and it stood straight on the scale. As the show start Aamir Khan came on the stage and begun to describe about mother, people could not understand why he is saying about mother and what relation of mother with this show is. But within a few minutes the picture was clear.
He picked up a very import issue of our society. State of woman in India and Foeicide. The Satyamev Jayate revealed some shocking truth about the state of women in India. The One and half hour show was focused on the issue of female foeticide.
The team of Satyamev Jayate studies many cases in all over India and presented three women from Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Ahmadabad. These three women has faced very bad situation in their life.
Aamir Khan called all three women in the show. They came one by one and told her story. Their story was so panic that audience present in the studio and sitting in front of Television got empathies. Sometimes filled with pain; sometime filled with anger.
This show has been widely appreciated by people and getting support from all over India. It seems as this show would be one of best show of television. Aamir Khan has picked up a very important issue of our society in first episode and will pick up many issues in the upcoming episode. We hope that he will get the support of people and will be able to bring a revolution in the country.
