Department is not doing well on box office. In three days It has collected only 7 crores which is a poor amount for this film.
It is clear that the film is one of big flop film of 2012. The production cost of film is more than 25 crores. It will be in heavy loss.
Department has collected 2.25 cores on Friday, 2.0 crores on Saturday and 2.75 crores on Sunday. It is expected that it will collect around 1 crores on Monday.
The lifetime earnings would be around 11-12 crores. This is really very poor figure. This film has also in controversy because film director Ram Gopal Verma has blame Sanjay Dutt for the failure of film.
It is said that Sanjay Dutt is very upset and annoyed with RGV and mentioned that in future he will not work with him.
