Khiladi 786, Saturday: 1st Day Collection update

“ Khiladi 786” took fantastic opening on Friday. Initially, film was slow in morning shows but it pick up later. Overall occupancy was around 65-70% across the country. Occupancy in single was more than 70% but average in multiplex. It has to improve performance in multiplex to get the status of big hit.  

The film has taken good start but it received mixed critics reviews. Some critics said, it is mix of Akshay’s previous super hit film, Welcome, Nameste London and Singh is King. They insisted that the story is week. So the future of film is directly depends on word of mouth. If it earns positive public response then it will be big hit otherwise a simply hit.

1st day collection should come in the range of 12 crores. If performance of film in night show would be better, then this figure would be changed. Now the business of film depends on next two day's performance. It is expected that it will take good jump on Saturday and Sunday and first weekend collection would come around 40 crores plus. 




Since its production cost is 35 crores so it will recover it on weekend. If the film will not earn positive world of mouth and in worst condition the film is hit. The film has taken fantastic opening on overseas centers and fist day collection is 03.50 crores.
