“Teri Mari Kahaani” is doing an average collection on the box office after initial jolt. There was 50-60% drop on Monday and it has done an ordinary collection of 2.10 crores.
Bad review and bad word of mouth has affected the business of this film. In clear word, this film is not able to impress audience in India. But it is doing fantastic business in overseas compare to domestic center. That is why it is able to collected 23.45 crores worldwidely in four days.
The cause of failure of “Teri Meri Kahaani” is it’s loose script. Another fact is that it is also getting tough competition with three films.
The bigger fact is that whatever film has been released after “Rowdy Rathore”, did not do well whether it is “Shanghai”, “Ferrari KiSawaari”, “Gangs of Vasseypur and “Teri Meri Kahaani”. Still there is great craze of “Rowdy Rathore” among public whenever it is running in limited show now.
On first weekend it has collected 19.80 crores worldwidely. Domestic collection of three days is 16.50 crores. As the trend is developed it is expected that it will collect around 1.50 crores on Tuesday and first week collection would be in the range of 20-23 crores.
