“Rowdy Rathore” has fantastically completed first week and collected 92.40 crores worldwidely. Magic of Akshay Kumar on Box Office is continued on Thursday and it collected a handsome amount 06.50 crores that is highest collection of Thursday in 2012. It is expected that it will collected about 6-8 crores on Friday.
Rwody Rathore has done fantastic collection on Thursday mainly from Maharashtra, UP, MP, NCR and Bihar. The movie has done extraordinary collection from single screens but collection in multiplexes is also good.
The movie will get competition from Emraan Hashmi’s “Shanghai” which is going to release on Friday (today). But it will not affect much “Rowdy Rathore” because “Shanghai” is a political thriller and this topic is not much liked in India. Presence of Emraan Hashmi in the film will keep families away from “Shanghai”. That would be beneficial for “Rowdy Rathore”.
Ther is also one Hollywood release “Prosthemus” in 3D, and it will attract audience in multiplexes in big cities. Animated flick Madgascar 3 is already running in the theater and this is for kids so it will also not disturb Rowdy. If it will do an above average business, it will cross Agneepath in order to emerge as top film of 2012.
