Airlift has to
satisfy with super hit satus because in second week, it has to share a good
number of screens with new released Sunny Leone starrer film Mastizade and
other films. The Film was released over 2600 screens on last Friday whenever it
was expected to release over3500 screens. It happened due to Akta Kapoor’s
adult movie Kya Super Kool Hai Hum 3 which was release over 2400 screens on
same date.
If it had
been released over 5000 screens, scenario would have been quite different. It
may include in 300 crores club because Airlit is among those fewer films which
won heart of critics and audiences.
Now film has
done fantastic business on second weekend and collected more than 18 crores. The
film showed some drop on second Monday and collected 2.53 crores nett and the
trend shows that second week will finish around 26-28 crores. Now lifetime
looks around 115-120 crores.
