What is going on in someone's mind it is impossible to know until one discloses it? But now scientist have got through to prepare such computer program and invented an instrument which will not only read the activities going inside mind but it can also convert it into sound wave and make it audible.
A group of scientists of University of California at Barkla have claimed to get success to make a machine that can read mind. They have developed such computer program and an instrument that make it possible to read mental activity and hear it.
They claimed that it will be very helpful for those people who lost their ability to speak either due to stroke or other cause. They said further that this machine is able to decode those view and scene appeared in mind.
Before reaching at this conclusion, they undergone through an experiment. Fifteen people took part in this program. All of them were suffered from brain tumor or similar type of disease.
They planted some electrode in that particular part of brain which is responsible for speaking ability and forming scene. This part of brain is called temporal lobe.
They wanted to observer the process of formation of view in temporal lobe though electrode. These electrodes were able to convey brain's activity to computer program. They found positive result of it.
They said that electrode planted in brain conveyed brain's symbol to the computer program.
I like to congrats scientists of California university who done it. This is wonderful work of scientists. It will be very helpful for those people who is not able to express their opinion or view either written or verbally.
This will be helpful for those people who has very creative mind but he does not able express this through tongue or draw on the canvas. Now their creativity will be appeared on computer screen.
